How quickly will I get my music?
Here at Sunrise Music Productions, we strive to give you the unbeatable service that benefits you and your team. We want you to have your music whenever you need it, so as long as you give us more than 2 days notice, we will meet your deadline. If you need it in less than 2 days, an additional charge of $50 will be added to your order.

How will I get my music?
Sunrise Music Productions is thrilled to announce a new way to get you your music! When your mix is complete, you will receive an e-mail with a Username and Password. Once you have those, go to www.sunrisemusicproductions.com , click on the CLIENT LOGIN tab, enter your username and password, and you will be taken to a link to hear the music. This method guarantees that your music will be heard by you and ONLY you! It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s private, and you will be able to access your music whenever you want it throughout the season!

How do I let you know about the structure of my routine or any song, voiceover, or sound effect ideas I have for the mix?
It is easiest for us if you will download our 8-count sheets from the “custom routines” section of the Services page on the site. If you don’t know how to use an 8-count sheet, just let us know and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.

How do I pay for my music.
This is easy and convenient for you! A brand new payment option has been added to the site so that you can pay for your mix right here on our website! Simply go to the payment page, type in the amount you owe, and you will be able to pay with any major credit card in a flash!

What if I decide that I want to change a part of my mix in the middle of the season? The great thing about Sunrise Music Productions is that you have already paid for any changes you will need! There is no additional cost for changes, so you are covered for the entire season! All music, voiceover and sound effect changes are included in the price of your mix.

Can I use the same mix two years in a row?
The price you pay for your mix covers any work on our part for one season. In May, the new competitive season begins, and we start over. If you decide that you want to use your same music, but you need changes made to that mix, you will be charged a fee of $250.
