SEMI-CUSTOM ROUTINE PRICING:

Package 1 = (Mostly songs, very few voiceovers) Voiceovers done by standard male voiceover artist

Package 2 = (Mostly songs, few voiceovers) Includes (1) standard female voiceover (2 eight counts) and several voiceovers done by standard male voiceover artist

Package 3 = (Medium amount of voiceovers, majority of mix is songs) Mix of standard male & standard female voiceovers throughout routine

Package 4 = Many custom male/female vocal artists including our new FRESH talented team of rappers/singers (Few licensed songs throughout)

EDITS POLICIES 24-25:

HOW TO REQUEST AN EDIT:

To submit for edits, you MUST email info@sunrisemusicproductions.com to unlock your project page, at which point you will be able to edit your count sheets.

EDITS TURNAROUND:

January-September:The standard edit turnaround completion is 3 weeks (depending on availability) from the day it is requested.

October, November, December: Please inquire within. Edit turnaround is based on availability only.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

SFX edits are free for the ENTIRE season!

WHAT CAN I GET IN MY FREE EDIT?:

A maximum of 15 eight counts may have sfx edits... This is called a STANDARD SFX EDIT. This is included in the price of your mix.

TURNAROUND: Any STANDARD SFX EDIT (15 lines or less) is free in the given standard turnaround time (3 weeks).

Rush Fee: STANDARD SFX EDIT needed in less than 2 weeks will incur a $25 rush fee.

***Please note, rush fees cannot always be guaranteed. If you are in need of a rush fee, please inquire within.

ANY EDITS BEYOND 15 LINES OF SFX MUST BEAPPROVED BY ADMIN VIA EMAIL, AND WILL BE SCHEDULED SEPARATELY DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.

*** Please plan on 1 month minimum for structure edits, song changes, or edits with more than 15 lines of sfx edits.

POSSIBLE EDITS FEES:

INCORRECTLY SUBMITTED 8 Count Sheets:

Eight count sheets submitted incorrectly that require an immediate edit will result in a flat fee of $50, plus the cost of any re-structuring

fees listed below.

STRUCTURE EDITS:

ANY edits that require a restructuring on the part of the part of the producer require a fee of $25 per section affected. These include (but are not limited to): Adding eight counts, removing eight counts, moving eight counts, or changing songs.

SONG CHANGES:

For every mix, we have requested that you choose at least a dance song + 3 additional songs. Song changes start at $25 per swap, you must choose the replacement song, and you must cover the cost of any song purchases that go along with it.

VOICEOVER CHANGES:

Voiceover edits require a fee that is equal to the cost for the producer to record the new vocal (price depends on the artist used) as well as a $15 per eight count fee for the work.

RUSH FEES:

Any edit needed in under 2 weeks will incur a $25 rush fee

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING YOUR EDITS:

ENTERING/SAVING EDITS:

Make sure that your edits are correctly being entered, and always remember to click “SAVE” to save them. They will turn RED when you’ve done this correctly.

ADDING/CHANGING SFX:

To add a sfx or to change a sfx where there is one already entered, all you have to do is enter the new
sfx. No need to take any other action. (i.e. If you had a back- handspring in a box, and now it’s a back tuck, delete “BHS” and simple replace it with “TUCK”. It will show up in red.

REMOVING SFX:

When you are changing sfx and you remove a sfx from a box and you ARE NOT REPLACING it with something else, you must write the word REMOVE so that only the word REMOVE is in the box where you need a sfx removed. (i.e. If you had a BHS sfx written in a box, but in your new edit you removed that BHS and didn’t replace it with another skill, only write the word REMOVE in that box rather than just deleting it. If you replace it with another skill, you only need to write that skill, as seen bullet point #2 above)

STRUCTURE CHANGES (Song changes/Adding or removing lines/Voiceover changes/Moving sections around...etc):

Any and all instructions that are beyond simply sound effects changes must be written at the TOP of the notes box on the info tab of your project page. (i.e. If you are removing a line from running tumbling and moving it to the pyramid, you must indicate this with instructions at the top of the NOTES box on the info tab. Example: Removed line 25 and added a line after line 13)
